The Man Behind the Mission
Chief Pharmacist Yakubu Peter Iduh was born on March 25, 1974, in Idah, Kogi State, Nigeria, into the respected family of Late Chief Charles O. Iduh and Mrs. Anastasia Iduh. From an early age, he displayed exceptional intelligence, discipline, and a commitment to excellence — qualities that have guided his personal, academic, and professional journey.
He began his education at the Federal Polytechnic Staff School, Idah, enrolling at the age of four. He continued his secondary education at the prestigious Federal Government College, Ugwolawo, as part of the celebrated 1992 graduating set. Driven by a passion for knowledge and service, Chief Iduh gained admission to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1995 to study Pharmacy. While excelling academically, he served as Faculty Representative to the University Senate and subsequently became Deputy Senate President, championing reforms to address long-standing accommodation challenges for Pharmacy students.
In 2002, he graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and completed his mandatory internship at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba. He then served in the NYSC in Kaduna State. Chief Iduh began his career in industrial pharmacy as a Sales Representative, quickly earning promotion to Assistant Manager. He later ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing successful businesses in the pharmaceutical and distribution sectors, and earned an MBA from Business School Netherlands.
Beyond his professional achievements, Chief Iduh is a philanthropist whose benevolence has positively impacted communities across Igala land — especially within Idah Federal Constituency. Because of his dedication to uplifting youths and creating opportunities, he has earned the nickname "The King of Boyz." He holds the traditional titles of Ogah Ata of the Igala Kingdom, Omanulu Eje Ofu, and Ese Rovia I of Agbarha-Otor Kingdom. He is a devoted family man, happily married with children, balancing professional excellence with personal integrity and social responsibility.

The Journey
Born on March 25, 1974, in Idah, Kogi State, into the respected family of Late Chief Charles O. Iduh and Mrs. Anastasia Iduh. From an early age, he displayed exceptional intelligence, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
Enrolled at the Federal Polytechnic Staff School, Idah, at the remarkable age of four. Distinguished himself through outstanding academic performance and exemplary moral character, graduating in 1986.
Attended the prestigious Federal Government College, Ugwolawo, as part of the celebrated 1992 graduating set. His humility, friendliness, hard work, and intellectual ability earned him the admiration of both peers and teachers.
Studied Pharmacy at UNN, excelling academically while serving as Faculty Representative to the University Senate and Deputy Senate President. Championed reforms to address accommodation challenges for Pharmacy students. Graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree in 2002.
Completed mandatory internship at the Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, gaining valuable clinical and professional experience. Served in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Kaduna State, broadening his professional and social outlook.
Started as a Sales Representative in industrial pharmacy, earning promotion to Assistant Manager within two years. Later established successful businesses in pharmaceutical and distribution sectors. Earned an MBA from Business School Netherlands, enhancing his skills in business management and corporate strategy.
Became a renowned philanthropist whose benevolence has impacted communities across Igala land and Idah Federal Constituency. Earned the nickname 'The King of Boyz' for his dedication to youth empowerment. Honoured with traditional titles: Ogah Ata of the Igala Kingdom, Omanulu Eje Ofu, and Ese Rovia I of Agbarha-Otor Kingdom.
Formally declared his candidacy to represent the people of Idah/Igalamela-Odolu/Ibaji/Ofu at the National Assembly under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) — The People's Prescription.
